Grooming: a bubble bath once a week with purified water is all they need. 

Sounds like the ideal pet to me. I would really like one, but they are only bred in Russia and that is a long way for a petite lap giraffe to travel, especially since they need "hugs and kisses every day. Otherwise they make tears." And I'm an animal activist - I always encourage animals to pursue any career they want, be it acting or otherwise. Just look at Ivanka, the famous petite lap giraffe who starred in that commercial; "now she is big time celebrity, movie star."
